Your reservation gives you access to the farm for the day, allowing you to schedule multiple client sessions and make the most of your Christmas mini-session season.

How to Reserve Your Day
We will confirm availability and send you an invoice.
Once payment is received, one of the three photographer spots for that date will be reserved for you.
Before your session, we will send you a farm map, parking information and directions for you and your clients.
A maximum of three photographers may be scheduled on the farm at one time so everyone has room to work and provide their clients with a great experience.
Guidelines
Booking appointments: All photography sessions must be made in advance.
Photography fees: Fees MUST be paid prior to beginning any photography sessions
Full-day photography reservation: $250 10 AM–dark.
Parking: All vehicles MUST park in their designated block parking area.
Photography Props: Any and all props, clothing, furniture or other objects used for a photo shoot must be removed at the end of the session.
Pets: Pet owners are responsible for removal and proper disposal of pet waste.
Accessing photography locations: We are a fully-operating farm. It is important to take into consideration weather and the natural environment as you and your clients prepare for your visit with us.
Safety: This is a working farm – beware of the existence of hazards on the property.
Use care and caution around moving vehicles.
Watch for uneven ground, stumps, snakes, fire ants, wasps, holes, etc.
Restrooms: Please be advised there is no running water or public restrooms on the farm.
Trash & clean up: Photographers and their clients are responsible for cleanup and proper disposal of any and all garbage, trash, debris, waste, food wrappers, etc. – no exceptions.
Please be courteous and professional to farm staff & other photographers.
No flock or other similar substances are to be used on the trees.
Photography fees are non-refundable; if THE OWNERS of the property determines conditions are unsafe due to severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
